PGTA Media Kits
Comprehensive resource guides for understanding, teaching, and writing about progressive gardening techniques. Each media kit contains a weath of current and accurate information compiled and referenced by industry experts.

Progressive Gardening includes a wide array of gardening methods and products keyed to making gardening easier, safer, and more productive. Hydroponics, growing plants without soil, is just one method modern gardeners use to accomplish these goals.
The Progressive Gardening Media Kit is designed to be used as an information and resource guide by anyone wanting to understand, write about, teach, or promote the positive aspects of hydroponic gardening. The Hydroponic Gardening Media Kit can also be used by PGTA members to help them address positively a variety of situations, or to capitalize on opportunities to promote hydroponic gardening methods, products, and services.

Organic Gardening
The Progressive Gardening Trade Association (PGTA) is a non-profit organization of retailer, manufacturers, distributors, and allied organizations working toward a sustainable approach to gardening using earth-friendly, water-wise and organic horticultural techniques. Progressive Gardening encompasses the full spectrum of conscious gardening, from "organics" to natural pest control to soil-free gardening.
The word "organic" has come to mean many things to many people, mostly due to confusing marketing techniques and certification language. It is the intention of this field guide to make sense of the word "organic" and address how it pertains to lawn and gardening industry as a whole.
